AFT S30 Scavatrice montata su mini-pale

The AFT S30 trencher is a rugged high performance chain trencher designed to mount on the lift arms of skid steer loaders of 30 to 45 hp (22 to 33 kW) without any modifications to the basic loader.

It converts the loader into an ideal trencher for pipe and cable laying and enables Plant Hirers to offer a more versatile loader to their customers.
Mounted on the lift arms of a skid steer loader, this versatile trenching attachment costs only a fraction of the price of equivalent self-propelled machines.

SPECIFICATIONS

DIGGING CHAINS
Heavy duty pitch roller chain with individually replaceable links and a strength of 21,000 KGs.

DIGGING TEETH
Easily changeable silicon manganese austempered spring steel with hard faced edges to cut trenches of 100, 125, 150, 200, 250 or 300mm width. Optional tungsten carbide pick teeth are available for hard and abrasive conditions.

DIGGING BOOMS
Choice of three which will dig from ground level down to maximum depth of 80, 100 or 120 cm.

HYDRAULIC CHAIN DRIVE
The digging chain is driven by a reversible hydraulic motor with high speed geared flywheel for inertia storage. Hydraulic circuit fitted with pressure and temperature gauges clearly visible to the operator.

DEPTH CONTROL
A depth control wheel facilitates accurate pre-set digging depth. Continuously variable hydraulic depth control is achieved by using the ram which normally operates the tilt of the digging bucket.

TRENCH FINISH
A spring loaded crumber mounted above the digging boom clears loose soil from the bottom of the trench. An auger places the soil to one side of the trench ready for backfilling and leaving one side free for work access.

WEIGHT
370 to 475 Kg depending upon the length of the digging boom and the options chosen.
